This project is a collaboration of pictures that were taken between winter 2014 and spring 2014. They are all associated with the area of Hazardville, which is a street and community located in my home town of Enfield, CT. The pictures are taken along the street of Hazard Ave and through out the Scantic River Trail.
Work in progress
Platinum Palladium prints are an experimental process that produces monochromatic prints. The technique is created by layering a mixture of chemicals, both platinum and palladium, on a sheet of paper. These prints were developed in the spring of 2015. The images were taken with a digital camera, during a trip to Colorado and Utah, the summer of 2013. They were then introverted into digital negatives onto transparency paper. The negatives were then placed onto the paper coated with the chemicals and exposed to a UV light for about 30 to 40 minutes each.
